He is an alumni of M/s APRA & Associate LLP and was handling matters related to service tax consulting matters there.

He owns a degree of Honours in Commerce from Delhi University and is a member of Institutes of Chartered Accountants of India. With years of experience in handling Indian and international tax matters, risk assessment and assurance services. Previously, he was involved in the core practice of taxation and assurance services with Vaish & Associates.

He is an advocate with more than 10 years of experience in advisory and litigation in service tax, excise, customs as well as central sales tax matters. He is an alumnus of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, KPMG India, Bata India Limited and APRA & Associates. He owns a degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a member of Institute of chartered accountants of India. He is specialized in formulating policies & strategies for handling complex tax litigation or any dispute, practice and representing clients on indirect tax/GST, corporate law, constitutional matters before the courts and tribunals, arbitration, commercial litigation, representing clients on indirect tax policy issues, customs and foreign trade policy matters, etc. He has several personal achievements such as faculty and member of the indirect tax committee of the institute of the Chartered accountants of India, has author publications and research papers on GST and Service Tax, and more.
